Southern Water - Temporary Road Closure - B2075 High Street, Lydd - 29th May 2025 (Folkestone and Hythe District) Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of B2075 High Street, Lydd, from 29th May 2025 with estimated completion by 30th May 2025. B2075 High Street, Lydd, will be closed opposite the junction of Paddock Close, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site. The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2075 High Street, B2075 Station Road, Ness Road, Dungeness Road Roundabout, Robin Hood Lane, Tourney Road, High Street and vice versa. KENT COUNTY COUNCIL - Urgent Speed Limit Reduction - Dungeness Road, Lydd - 24th March 2025 (Folkestone & Hythe) Kent County Council gives notice that for the safety of the public and workforce during roadworks, a temporary mandatory speed limit of 30 MPH will be imposed on a section of Dungeness Road, Lydd. The 30 MPH applies in both directions on Dungeness Road, Lydd between at the junctions of Dungeness Road and Greenfields, to the extent indicated by signage clearly displayed on site.
